Due to the necessity of processing your personal data as part of the preparation of the offer and the implementation of the contract, we inform you that:

The purpose of processing your data will be the preparation of the offer, possible negotiations and implementation of the sales contract and issuing a VAT invoice.
Processing is legal, as it is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or to take action at the request of the data subject, before concluding the contract (art.6.par.1 b of the General Regulation on Data Protection)
The storage period of your personal data is five years. During this time, you have the right to:
obtain from the Administrator confirmation of personal data processing and access to them.
* requests from the Administrator to correct their personal data that they are
incorrect, and to supplement them in case they are not complete.
* requests to limit the processing of your data for a period allowing the Administrator
check the correctness of the data.
* receiving your personal data that you provided to the Administrator and requesting that such data be forwarded by the current Administrator to another Administrator.

If you believe that your personal data are processed inappropriately or inconsistently with the purpose set out above, you have the right to file a complaint regarding their processing to the supervisory authority (President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).
Please be advised that the consequence of the refusal to provide the data will be the inability to fulfill the order.
